Chad is a proven real estate difference-maker and team leader who is extremely customer-service oriented. Having owned and transformed multiple properties over the years, and working with many builders and developers, Chad has extensive knowledge regarding new construction and existing home evaluation to
share with buyers, sellers and developers. He also has an intimate understanding of all of Atlanta In-town neighborhoods.
Chad graduated with dual degrees from Kansas State University in 2003 and earned his subsequent Master’s degree in St. Augustine, Florida, in 2007. Chad has completed seven Ironman races, and a 4-man Race Across America race (representing the Burt’s Big Adventure charity). He is an U.S. Army Veteran.
Chad and his wife Christina live in in-town Atlanta with their three young children, Christian, Chloe and Chase.

Restoring her first home with Chad in East Lake (Atlanta) ignited Christina’s interest in real estate. An engineer by trade (go Jackets!), she’s held engineering positions at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Vanderlande Industries, IBM, United States Postal Service and more. After having their third child, she made the decision to leave the traditional workforce and join forces with Chad to grow their real estate business. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house is her passion, along with designing and managing renovation projects. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most.
Christina is a long-time Atlanta resident. In her free time, Christina is exercising, catching up with friends, and enjoying music and concerts. She and her family enjoy the festivals, the outdoors, and everything Decatur and Atlanta have to offer.
Bridget Fancher, Realtor
Administrative Manager, Listing Coordinator
Bridget has been working in various aspects of real estate for more than 15 years in Atlanta and in New York City. She currently lives in Grant Park with her husband and young son. She is heavily involved with Parkside Elementary in Grant Park and a big supporter of Atlanta Public Schools, as well as her neighborhood. Bridget has a background in theater, art and event planning. In her spare time, she enjoys renovating her 80 year old home or enjoying the city’s art and music scene.

Esther graduated from Charleston Southern University and moved to Atlanta from Charleston, South Carolina to join our team. Esther has experience working on social media and brings knowledge of marketing and graphic design in her role and enjoys coming up with innovative ideas for clients.
