Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
Simply Sold Homes is actively and aggressively hiring Real Estate Acquisitions specialists!
This full-time position is an exciting opportunity for an individual with stellar communication skills, a passion for building relationships, excitement to learn and grow, and an interest in acquisitions and investment real estate. The Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist’s primary function will be reaching out to people who are transacting investment real estate properties, making offers, securing contracts, and building relationships.
This position does require an active license to practice real estate in the state of Georgia.
This position is commission only. If the candidate follows our program and guidance, they can expect to earn six figures within their first year!

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
- Outbound lead generation/creating opportunities
- Managing inbound leads
- Building and maintaining professional relationships and connections
- Writing and presenting offers to purchase properties
This position requires a lot of time spent on phone calls, as well as quick responses to both email and text messages. The Acquisitionist will be expected to consistently make calls at a high volume; the purpose of the calls is to primarily lead generate, but also to create/build a network and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License – MUST HAVE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset and personality
- Background in Sales (preferable)
- Experience in Investment Real Estate (preferable)
